Every sword is hand-forged from high-quality steel, shaped with care and intention, then oil-quenched for durability. Select blades undergo a meticulous clay tempering process—coating the spine in clay before heating and quenching—to produce a hardened edge with a resilient spine, resulting in the signature hamon (temper line) and a perfect balance of strength and flexibility.
