SHIPPING RULES & POLICIES

General Shipping Information

  • Most orders ship within 5 business days after payment confirmation and age verification. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and regional carriers for our shipments.

  • Custom and personalized orders may take 7-21 business days depending on the complexity of customization and current order volume.

  • Age Verification Required: All weapon shipments require adult signature (18+) upon delivery. We cannot ship to addresses where an adult will not be available to sign.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • We aim to ship orders within 5 business days for US domestic orders. However, this may be longer due to order volume, inventory availability, or legal compliance checks.

  • Custom orders and special items have longer lead times as noted on individual product pages. Larger orders may require additional processing time.

  • We do not guarantee shipping transit times. Estimated delivery times are provided by shipping carriers and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • If your order has shipped, we cannot recall or redirect the package. You may return the item following our Returns Policy once received.

  • Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Tracking & Communication

  • Tracking numbers will be provided via email once your order ships.

  • We will respond to shipping inquiries within 1-2 business days during regular business hours.

Shipping Restrictions

WE DO NOT SHIP TO:

  • Puerto Rico and US territories
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • PO Boxes (adult signature required)
  • Addresses where weapons are prohibited by local law

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Available to select countries where weapons are legally permitted
  • International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees
  • International buyers assume all risk of packages being held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities
  • We strongly recommend verifying your local laws before ordering

Weapon-Specific Shipping Requirements

Legal Compliance:

  • All shipments comply with federal, state, and local weapons regulations
  • Some destinations may require additional documentation or restrictions
  • We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where delivery may violate applicable laws

Packaging:

  • All weapons are discreetly packaged for security and privacy
  • Sharp edges are properly protected during transit
  • Display items are packaged to prevent damage

Liability & Insurance

Important Notice:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or confiscated packages once tracking shows delivery or attempted delivery
  • We are not responsible for customs seizures or import issues with international orders
  • Insurance is available for additional cost - we recommend insurance for high-value orders
  • We will not issue refunds for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Delivery Issues:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact the shipping carrier first
  • We are not liable for packages left unattended by the carrier
  • Adult signature is required - packages will not be left if no adult is present

Special Circumstances

Holiday & Peak Periods:

  • Shipping times may be extended during holidays and peak seasons
  • Custom orders placed during peak periods may have longer processing times

Weather & Natural Disasters:

  • Severe weather may cause shipping delays beyond our control
  • We will communicate any known delays affecting your order

Local Pickup:

  • We do not offer local pickup services
  • All orders must be shipped to a physical address where adult signature is available
